Kath Thach, director-general of the Rural Development Bank of the People's Republic of China, on May 25, 2018, has disseminated credit policies and encouraged all citizens to produce more rice and not worry about market prices.

Such statements are made by the Director General at the time of his participation in the delivery of computers and the dissemination of credit policies and market linkages between the farming communities, producers and buyers of people in Kampong Thom province.

Mr. Kao Thach made the remarks and advised the community to expand rice production and prepare agricultural contracts with legendary buyers, such as AMARU, which is currently buying rice from many communities by buying it at market prices and asking people not to worry about the price.
