A man raped his daughter and threatened to kill her, police in Phnom Kravanh district arrested him

(Pursat) A 58-year-old man was attacked by Phnom Penh Cassava police after receiving a complaint from the girl's mother, who allegedly raped his daughter four times and threatened to kill him. The arrest took place on May 24, 2018 in Kraing Bory Village, Chrei Commune, Phnom Krovanh District, Pursat Province.

Police in Phnom Kravanh district said that the arrested suspect named 58-year-old was in line with the 51-year-old mother of a 51-year-old woman living in Phnom Krovanh district, Pursat province.

According to the tears of the victim, she allegedly raped her many times, and every time her maiden name was threatened not to tell her mother and others, "If I told her, I would kill her."

She said that at the fourth time, she was so nervous and decided to tell her mother, the mother and daughter had filed a complaint at the district police inspector, who allegedly raped her daughter and threatened to kill her.

After receiving a complaint from the victim's mother, the Phnom Arbeng district police chief also detained the suspect and questioned her. After the inquiry, the suspect confessed to having raped the victim.

The suspects were then sent to the Pursat provincial police commission to proceed with the proceedings.
